03-10-2011: A meeting of AIGETOA ,Kota region in Rajasthan circle has been suceesfully organised

As per the resolution taken at CHQ’s emergency meeting held at New Delhi on 7th & 8th August,2011 for strengthning of association at base level , Regional meeting has been held at Kota in Rajasthan on 02-10-2011.
A regional meeting of AIGETOA for four SSAs (Kota, Bundi, jhalawar, Sawai Madhopur) of Rajasthan South has been organized successfully on 02-10-2011 at Hotel Amer panjabi, kaishavpura, Kota for discussion of various issues.
Following issues were discussed :
Pay anomaly of 2007 onwards batches
LDCE and career progression
Alliance with SNATTA and other executive associations
E1-E2 up gradation,
Transfer/ deputation cases,
TTA to DR- JTO Outsider cases,
Strengthen of AIGETOA at local level, fund position and requirements etc.
The meeting was addresed by Cirle Sec. - Rajasthan P . N . Sharma , Circle Coordinator Ritesh Samdhani Distt . Sec . - Kota Sanjay Arora, Distt. President Kota Puneet Kaushik . Association 's financial report presented by Organising Sec . Rajasthan Praveen Chaudhary .Thanks vote given to all members by Circle president Naresh Kumawat . Meeting was completed after lunch about 3:00 PM .

| 06-09-2011: A meeting of AIGETOA , South Rajasthan has been suceesfully organised |
A regional meet of AIGETOA-south Rajasthan ( Udaipur , Bhilwara , Banswara , chittorgarh , sirohi ) was scheduled on 4 sep. 11 at the heart of ARAVALI’s Hills i.e. Udaipur . The meeting was organized at natural picnic spot ( Bagheri dam ) in Nathdwara SDCA . Due to weather conditions few SSA’s members could not participated . But every member present there has felt highest heel of enthusiasm , entertainment, fraternity among us. The meeting was presided by Circle presi.-AIGETOA , Raj Er. Naresh Kumawat, Chief Guest Circle Sec . -Raj Er. P N Sharma and Special Guest Orga.Sec.-Raj. Er. Praveen Chaudhary. The guests were welcomed by DS-Udaipur Er. Sunil Sharma, DP-Udaipur Er. B C Chandel.
Meeting was commenced about 11:30 AM . The main emphasis of this meeting was to to strengthen association at base level as per chq's recent resolution by incresing active participation of all members.

The meeting was a grand success because it was represented by whole batches of DR-JTO and DR - JAO s .

| 01-09-2011: A meeting of AIGETOA , eastern Rajasthan has been suceesfully organised |
A regional meeting of six SSAs (Jaipur, Alwar, Bharatpur, Ajmer, Sikar, Tonk) of Rajasthan east has been organised sucessfully on 31-08-2011 at Hotel Gaura's Inn, Tonk Phatak, Jaipur for discussion of various issues.
Meeting was commenced about 10:00 AM . The main emphasis of this meeting was to to strengthen association at base level as per chq's recent resolution by incresing active participation of all members.
Issues discussed : pay anamolies of 2007-2009 batches, career progression, burning issues like EPF,deciding our future course of action and fund collection for smooth operation of association.
Area wise responsibilities for conduction of monthly meetings and fund collection was assigned, collection by ECS mandate was accepted by all the members .
The meeting was addresed by Cirle Sec. - Rajasthan P . N . Sharma , Distt . Sec . - Jaipur Sunil Kumar , Distt. President Jaipur G . C . Meena , Organising Sec . Jaipur Shailesh Kumar . Association 's financial report presented by Circle Fin. Sec. Manoj dhangar .Thanks vote given to all members by Circle president Naresh Kumawat . Meeting was completed after lunch about 2:30 PM .
